Payment can be made using the secure payment options provided on the platform, including credit cards and other payment methods supported by Stripe Connect.
All experiences come with a booking fee set by the Creator. This fee is paid at the time of booking and is required to access the experience. In addition to the booking fee, Participants have the option to leave a tip for the Creator, acknowledging the effort and creativity that went into making the experience memorable. It's important to note that both booking fees and tips are subject to commissions taken by Roamara LLC, as outlined in our financial terms.
Cancellations and refunds are handled according to the policies set by each Creator, with Roamara LLC providing a framework to ensure fairness and transparency.
